This script is designed to guide you through a gentle, grounding meditation to connect with your self-energy. It will encourage you to visualize, feel, and embody your self-energy as a warm, compassionate presence, providing you with a powerful tool for future sessions and personal healing.



"To begin, let’s find a comfortable sitting position. Sit with your feet flat on the floor, or if that’s not comfortable, you can sit in a chair with your legs crossed or on a cushion. Keep your spine straight but relaxed—imagine a gentle line from the base of your spine all the way up to the top of your head, helping you stay grounded but also open. Let your hands rest on your lap, palms facing up or down, whatever feels natural for you."
